Meet Felix, the person behind Shefa Homes.
Selling a home during a hard moment is personal, so you should know who you are talking to. I'm Felix Baigel, and I started Shefa Homes to help San Diego homeowners face complicated property decisions with clarity and care.
My story
I'm originally from Israel. I moved to San Diego after a devastating war changed everything. In a new country, a new culture and a new language, I found my path in real estate, with a mission to create housing solutions and to support people through difficult property decisions.
